Is it necessary to replace the windlace with the headliner; can I eliminate this product? Do you have Part 14775 in stock? If so, how long will it take for shipment?

You need to at least leave the current windlace, because it finsihes out the door, if you are going to replace now is the time when the headliner is out. We do not carry that one in stock, looking at 4-6 week lead time.
