The center cap does not mount to the steering wheel it mounts to the horn ring. However the the Belair wheels are the same for all 1955-56 Belair cars.
Center horn cap 1956 belaire Horn Cap
I have a three spoke steering wheel, the mounting holes for the center horn cap, do not match. Are there differences in center horn caps?

Answer: Not on Belair Cars, all of the factory belair wheels and caps where the same on 1955 and 1956.
