Does part #1485 under Das harness include wiring to heater blower/radio/dash light sockets?

it does not. In 1955, the wiring was separate on the heater control, so the Headlight & Under Dash Harness won’t include those connections. You will need three additional harnesses for proper wiring: 2189, 597, and 1504.
