The center cap is held on by a xxxx that you get to from the back side that is accessable from the bottom arm, then you will see 3 screws that hold the horn parts and horn ring on. Once that is removed you can take the nut off that holds the wheel to the shaft. Once all that is off you can pull the wheel, more than likely you will need a steering wheel puller which you can purchase or maybe rent from your local parts store or harbor freight store.
